Job Description
RN Staff Development DSD opportunity at Burnett Extended Care Center, a 154-bed transitional care facility with specialized units. Develop and lead training programs, coordinate onboarding and orientation, and collaborate with nursing leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- 2 years of experience as a licensed nurse
- 1 year of experience as a licensed nurse providing care and services to chronically ill or elderly patients in an acute care hospital, skilled nursing facility, intermediate care facility, home care, hospice care, or other long-term care setting
