Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Work Practicum Student

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and spiritually vibrant Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Practicum Student to join our team.

Requirements

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions for clients dealing with a range of issues.
• Integrate Christian faith and biblical principles with secular, evidence-based counseling methods.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, community resources, and church leadership.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records and progress notes.
• Provide crisis assessment and intervention as needed.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development and training sessions.
• Advocate for clients' needs and rights within the community and other systems.
