Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver care to individuals in a community setting. The LPN will interact with individuals, significant others, and health team members while maintaining the standards of professional nursing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in nursing field
- Minimum of one year of experience providing nursing services to individuals with disabilities
- Valid nursing license
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Complete all state and agency required training per state guidelines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively present facts and recommendations
- Excellent time management skills
