Requirements
- Associate's degree with minimum of two years' experience in a residential program
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Significant and relevant life experiences also a plus
- Good verbal communication skills to work effectively with clients, staff, and administrators
- Ability to speak Spanish a plus
- Valid driver's license required
