Job Description
Tides Family Services is seeking a Caseworker to support youth struggling with school attendance and at risk of involvement in legal or family court. The role involves providing in-home and community support, building relationships, and advocating for client safety within a community-based environment. This position is part of a rotating 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, and 11:00 AM-7:00 PM shift.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, Creole preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and registered/inspected vehicle.
- Associate degree.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
