Job Description
Tides Family Services is seeking a Caseworker to support children, adolescents, and families facing challenges in Providence / Cranston, Rhode Island. This role involves assessment, referral, family engagement, and the development of family care plans. Caseworkers can either work independently, manage wraparound facilitation, or provide direct services depending on qualifications and training.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Training and certification required, may be provided in-service
- Valid driver’s license and registered/insured vehicle
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole
