Caseworker

Tides Family Services, a nonprofit organization serving children, adolescents, and families, is seeking a Caseworker. Caseworkers assist youth struggling with school attendance, potential involvement with the legal system, and require individualized support to improve their lives. This on-site position operates within a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, and involves collaboration with a team of professionals.

Requirements

• Provide in-home and community strengths-based support.
• Collaborate with team members to develop treatment goals and assess needs.
• Provide counseling services to ensure client and family safety.
• Build and sustain collaborations with community partners.
• Serve as a liaison between the program and community.
