Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and dedicate individuals to join our team as Lead Direct Support Professionals to provide care and support for individuals with disabilities. As a Lead DSP, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by assisting them in various aspects of daily living, promoting independence, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have one year of prior experience as a DSP
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Lead DSP positions require a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Acceptable background check
