As a Bilingual Therapist, MST, you'll play a key role providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to youth, their families, communities, and other key members.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes and possibly transport multiple clients at once.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload while adhering to program requirements and deadlines.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate comprehensive treatment plans.
- Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed practice.
