Job Description
Join Our Mission to Make a Lasting Impact! We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Case Manager to join our team at our new Multi-Dimensional Anti-Recidivism Partnership (MAP) in West Valley, CA. As a Case Manager, you will be working closely with the Program Director, providing re-entry services to a criminal justice impacted population.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and one year experience in case management or similar field
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Previous assessment and facilitation experience preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Office and a commitment to working as part of a team
