Job Description
Join Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) as a Clinical MST Supervisor in Colby, KS to oversee and guide clinical work of MST therapists, provide on-call support, and drive innovation in community-based services.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in clinical or counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Experience providing clinical supervision and training to mental health professionals
- Strong understanding of family systems theory, behavior therapy principles, and adolescent development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement
