Job Description
Join our mission-driven team as an MST Practitioner at our CSI Office in Topeka, KS. As a Therapist, you'll provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to youth, their families, communities, and other key members. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapeutic interventions to at-risk youth and their families.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed practice
