Therapist, MST

Join our mission-driven team as an MST Practitioner at our CSI Office in Dodge Cite, KS. You'll play a key role providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to youth, their families, communities, and other key members.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes and possibly transport multiple clients at once.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload while adhering to program requirements and deadlines.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate comprehensive treatment plans.
• Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed practice.
