Job Description
Make a Real Impact in Your Community! Join our mission-driven team as an MST Practitioner at our CSI Office in Dodge City, KS. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to youth, their families, communities, and other key members. The MST Practitioner will provide intensive, home-based therapy to adolescents and their families who are involved in the juvenile justice system or at risk of out-of-home placement.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload while adhering to program requirements and deadlines.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate comprehensive treatment plans.
- Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed practice.
