Job Description
Make a Real Impact in Your Community! Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Residential Coach to work with individuals involved in the child welfare, juvenile justice, or criminal justice systems. The Residential Coach will provide direct supervision, daily care, and support services for girls and their families involved with the program.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Human Service or related field, or 2 years of professional experience in human services
- Familiarity with gender-responsive, relational, strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches
- Ability to work with challenging youth and families
