Join our mission-driven team as a Full-Time Residential Coach at our Lisa's House Program in Plainville, CT. We are a nonprofit organization that promotes the responsible citizenship, accountability, and well-being of individuals and families involved, or at risk of involvement, in the child welfare, juvenile justice, or criminal justice system.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree preferred in Human Service or related field
- At least six months of relevant experience, or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of two years of professional experience in human services
- Must be familiar with gender-responsive, relational, strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches
- Must be able to work with challenging youth and families
