Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Human Service or related field preferred with at least six months of relevant experience, or two years of professional experience in human services
- Familiarity with gender-responsive, relational, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approaches
- Ability to work with challenging youth and families
- Ability to attend first shift offsite training during first month of employment
