Residential Coach (2nd)

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is a nonprofit organization that promotes responsible citizenship and well-being of individuals and families involved in child welfare, juvenile justice, or criminal justice system. The Residential Coach provides direct supervision, daily care, and support services for girls and their families involved with the program.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree preferred in Human Service or related field, with at least six months of relevant experience, or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of two years of professional experience in human services
• Must be familiar with gender-responsive, relational, strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches
• Must be able to work with challenging youth and families
• Ability to attend first shift offsite training during first month of employment
