Job Description
Community Solutions is seeking a Residential Re-Entry Specialist to join our team at our Cheyney House location in Hartford, CT. The successful candidate will provide client supervision, complete program operations, and facilitate counseling, advocacy, and support.
Requirements
- High School Diploma plus 4 years of experience in the social service or criminal justice field
- Able to arrive 15 minutes before shift for shift change
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
