Therapist I, MST

As an MST Therapist, you'll provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to youth, their families, communities, and other key members, helping them overcome substance abuse and reclaim their lives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Social Sciences, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, with experience in this field.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel to clients homes and possibly transport multiple clients at once.
• Must live within a 30-45 minute travel time from the designated service area.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload while adhering to program requirements and deadlines.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate comprehensive treatment plans.
• Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed practice.
