Therapist I, MST

Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Therapist I, MST to provide intensive, home-based therapy to adolescents and their families involved in the juvenile justice system or at risk of out-of-home placement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Social Sciences, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, and experience in this field.

Requirements

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify presenting problems, strengths and systemic factors contributing to difficulties.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Multisystemic Therapy, incorporating relevant evidence-based interventions and strategies.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to at-risk youth and their families, and collaborate with other key members.
• Implement crisis management strategies as needed to address immediate safety concerns for clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including sessions notes, treatment plans, and outcome measures.
