Job Description
The Program Leader is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing academic and enrichment activities for middle school youth at the CYC Aptos Beacon Center.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum of 48 college units
- Knowledge of youth development practices
- Experience planning and facilitating enrichment activities for youth
- Classroom management, conflict mediation, and restorative practices experience a plus
- Bilingual in Cantonese/Mandarin, Spanish, or Tagalog preferred
