Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Shift Lead to join our team at Company Shop in Leicester, England. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading colleagues on shift, executing daily retail activities, and delivering a consistently high level of customer service. The role requires a strong understanding of day-to-day retail operations, leadership skills, and commercial awareness.
Requirements
- Lead colleagues on shift and set clear expectations
- Coach and support colleagues in the moment to deliver required standards and performance
- Take responsibility for store performance during allocated shifts
- Deliver daily retail activities including replenishment, deliveries, waste, markdowns, cash office, hygiene, and housekeeping
- Maintain high operational standards across all areas of the store
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to all members
