Job Description
Company Shop Group is seeking a Retail Shift Lead to oversee the effective day-to-day running of the store on shift, leading colleagues to deliver strong operational performance, high standards and a positive member experience.
Requirements
- Lead colleagues on shift, setting clear expectations and role modelling Company Shop Group behaviours.
- Coach and support colleagues in the moment to deliver required standards and performance.
- Support absence management and people processes in line with Company procedures.
- Ensure the store is fully prepared for trade and operates efficiently throughout the day.
- Deliver daily retail activities including replenishment, deliveries, waste, markdowns, cash office, hygiene and housekeeping.
- Maintain high operational standards across all areas of the store.
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to all members.
- Resolve member queries and issues effectively, escalating where required.
