Maintenance Technician

MRK Partners is a privately held real estate investment and asset management company seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, troubleshoot, and carry out preventative maintenance on assigned properties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year of experience as a full-charge residential maintenance technician required, 2+ years highly preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations preferred
• EPA certification preferred
• HVAC certification preferred
• Must be able to work a flex schedule and be on-call for emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to read, speak and comprehend the English language is required
