Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator

We are seeking an Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to our Sydney senior leadership team and keep our Sydney office running smoothly.

Requirements

• 2-3 years' experience in an administrative or coordination role
• Proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgement
• Positive, can-do attitude and ability to handle sensitive or confidential information
