2+ years' experience in customer service roles, strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, proactive approach to learning, and ability to manage multiple enquiries

2-3 years' CRM experience, familiarity with CRM systems, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication

3–6 years' experience in compliance, risk or information security, with proven experience operating as the primary or sole compliance owner

1-2 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of meeting targets

4+ years of experience leading software engineering teams and strong understanding of Agile development and modern engineering practices

2+ years of experience, proficiency in PHP and React, strong software design principles

Proven experience as a Senior Consultant or equivalent, strong stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen, and genuine AI fluency
