Requirements
- 2–3 years’ proven experience in owning and managing CRMs.
- Familiarity with various CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho) and sales engagement tools (e.g. Gong, Aircall, Consensus and Gsuite).
- Hands-on experience building workflows, automations and data structures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand data and provide assistance with reports.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with confidence working cross-functionally.
- A proactive mindset and a desire to continuously improve systems and processes.
