Lead the optimisation, maintenance and strategic development of the HubSpot CRM platform to support sales, operations, broker workflows, marketing and data integrity.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a CRM specialist with HubSpot in a sales/operations environment
- Good understanding of sales & operations processes (preferably within finance, brokerage or professional services) and how CRM supports them
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data, dashboards, reporting and deriving insights to drive business decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management: ability to work across departments and translate business needs into technical CRM solutions
- Strong communication and training skills: can onboard users, document processes, enforce adoption
