Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a sales operations, account management, or business development support role
- 1+ years of experience in CRM management and maintenance
- Outstanding organisation and planning skills
- High attention to detail and a strong follow-through on technical commitments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A demonstrated track record of meeting KPIs related to operational efficiency
- A minimum of a matric qualification
