HyperionDev is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to manage the infrastructure, processes, and data that drive sales efficiency. The role involves managing the CRM and Contact Centre systems, creating and updating policy documentation, and providing comprehensive reporting to leadership.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sales operations, account management, or business development support role.
- 1+ years of experience in CRM management and maintenance.
- Outstanding organisation and planning skills.
- High attention to detail and a strong follow-through on technical commitments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A demonstrated track record of meeting KPIs related to operational efficiency.
- A minimum of a matric qualification.
