Job Description
Compass Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to provide services to The Comprehensive Readiness for Aircrew Flying Training (CRAFT) program at multiple locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of full-time experience as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist in collegiate, professional, or tactical athletics; aerospace industry; test pilot/astronaut programs; or similar man-machine high-performance environment
- NSCA, CSCS, or CSCCa SCCC certification
- Current CPR and AED certification.
- Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation).
