Assistant Director of Operations

CCL Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to provide primary support to ensure ideal workflow and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service, with excellent stress management skills and administrative and organizational skills. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 1-3 years of experience, and proficiency in Windows-based office software.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associate’s degree required
• At least 1-3 years of experience

• Excellent stress management skills and administrative and organizational skills
• Able to communicate effectively with management team, guests, and team members
