BARISTA (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full time BARISTA position. Location: Austin, TX 78758. Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handles food according to HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations.

Requirements

• Experience required
• Ability to enter orders accurately into POS device
• Ability to accept cash and charge payments
• Ability to maintain cleanliness of service area
• Ability to ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
• Ability to follow HACCP standards
• Ability to greet customers courteously and interact in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ability to serve customers quickly and efficiently, and prevent delays in serving lines
• Ability to demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to customers
