BARTENDER

Requirements

• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
• Sets up assigned bars and stocks all necessary items
• Maintains stock and prepares fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner
• Takes and/or processes orders for drinks
• Detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained
• Receives cash from guests and makes change
• Locks up and stores all beverage product and cash
