Job Description
We are hiring full-time BARTENDER positions to prepare and serve beverages to guests in a bar area. Prior bartending experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Prior bartending experience is preferred
- Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
- Sets up assigned bars and requisitions stock
- Maintains stock, prepares and stores fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes
- Takes and/or processes orders for drinks
- Detects and acts upon guest inebriation
- Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges
- Locks up and stores all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits and cash drops
- Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
