BARTENDER (FULL TIME)

We have an opening for a BARTENDER position at Marcel, a new continental restaurant in New York. The ideal candidate will have prior bartending and upscale dining experience and be able to work a full-time schedule with varying shifts.

Requirements

• Prior bartending and upscale dining experience preferred
• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
• Maintains stock and prepares garnishes, juices and other perishables
• Gives guests a courteous and friendly service
• Detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained
• Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
