Requirements
- Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
- Sets up assigned bars and requisitions stock
- Maintains stock, prepares and stores garnishes and other perishables
- Greet guests, take orders, and serve drinks
- Receives cash and makes change
- Locks up and stores all beverage product and cash
- Performs general cleaning tasks
