Requirements

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner
• Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations
• Maintain stock, prepare, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables
• Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained
