Requirements
- Adheres to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations
- Sets up assigned bars and requisitions stock
- Maintains stock, prepares, cures, and stores fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes
- Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained
