Biomedical Technician I

Join Intelas, a Compass One Healthcare company, as a Biomedical Technician I in Helena, MT. As a BMET I, you will perform planned maintenance and electrical safety inspections on patient care equipment, manage equipment schedules, and respond to clinical department calls.

Requirements

• Associates degree in electronics/biomedical equipment technology, military training, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years servicing clinical/patient care equipment in a hospital environment
• Valid driver's license for field service positions requiring travel
• Ability to work independently with some supervision
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Good organization and time management skills
• Working knowledge of computer applications for tracking service histories and producing reports
• Trouble-shooting skills
• Ability to serve on-call duty as required
• Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills
