BUSINESS ANALYST (HYBRID-CHARLOTTE, NC)

Compass Group USA is seeking a Business Analyst to lead the implementation of an ERP system upgrade across the organization. The Business Analyst will work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, collaborate with product managers, and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of Business Analysis experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules
• At least 1 year of practical experience working on Agile projects
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel occasionally
