CAFE MANAGER

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Cafe Manager to oversee the day-to-day retail and cafeteria operations of Food & Nutrition Services. Requirements

• B.S. degree in Food Services, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• OR A.A. degree with 3+ years of related experience
• 1–3 years of retail foodservice management experience
• Experience managing cash retail operations
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Knowledge of food trends, cost controls, sanitation, and presentation
• P&L or contract foodservice experience a plus
• Retail marketing experience preferred
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and online systems
