Job Description
We are hiring a full-time CATERING CAPTAIN to coordinate catering staff schedules, prepare and serve food at scheduled functions, and drive a truck to deliver food and beverages.
Requirements
- Determines workload requirements from catering orders
- Meets with function group leaders to discuss setup arrangements
- Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a service-oriented manner
- Instructs staff on work expectations for catered functions
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards
