CATERING CAPTAIN (FULL TIME)

Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure timely delivery of functions, prepares and serves food under supervision, and may drive a truck to deliver food and beverages. Prepares for scheduled functions, sets up rooms, and ensures proper presentation and portion control.

Requirements

• Prior catering experience required
• Valid driver's license may be required
• Valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law
