We are hiring immediately for a full time CATERING COOK position. The CATERING COOK prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.
Requirements
- At least 3 - 5 years in culinary experience (Culinary Degree preferred or equivalent years of experience)
- Experience with the execution of catering events from a culinary perspective, such as food production for large banquets or other batch/high-volume cooking experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
