Catering Sales Manager

Culinaire is seeking an experienced Catering Sales Manager to lead revenue growth at the Westin Lake Mary Hotel. This role is ideal for a driven hospitality sales professional with a passion for events, client relationships, and high-volume catering sales.

Requirements

• 4+ years of catering or hospitality sales management experience
• College degree preferred
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage trends and luxury service standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency, including Marriott sales systems (CI/TY preferred)
