Job Description
We are hiring a full-time CATERING SUPERVISOR to coordinate catering staff schedules, prepare and serve food, and deliver food and beverages to catered functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food service industry and a valid driver's license.
Requirements
- Determine workload requirements from catering orders
- Meet with function group leaders to discuss setup arrangements
- Interact with customers and resolve complaints
- Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items
- Assemble and deliver food and supplies to scheduled locations
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils
