Job Description
Sell concessions to customers at various events. Interact with customers, resolve complaints, and perform sales transactions in a timely and friendly manner.
Requirements
- Sell concessions, including soft drinks and various food items, to customers at events.
- Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner following outlined steps of service.
- Interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Perform sales transactions in a reasonable and timely fashion.
- Maintain cleanliness concession area and ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
