The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for directing and responding to guest and staff questions and needs. The Supervisor is responsible for several stands before, during and at the close of the event.
Requirements
- Meet the physical requirements of the job such as standing and walking for long periods of time, ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs, kneel/crouch, able to actively engage physically with guests and ability to react with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
- 1+ year of experience in foodservice or hospitality, particularly working concessions.
- Outgoing personality and ability to interact with high profile guests and remain professional and dedicated to providing exceptional experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively by speaking and comprehending English, with the ability to problem solve and make decisions with little guidance.
